Artist in Residence
Each year, BOSS proudly opens its doors to welcome an artist from within our WQTF community, offering the tools, mentorship, and resources that empower them to deepen their craft and explore new creative horizons.
Our artist residency is designed to provide a nurturing, supportive space where curiosity flourishes, experimentation is embraced, and fresh inspirations are discovered along the journey.
During their time with us, the resident artist is invited to share their knowledge by leading a free skill-building workshop, creating opportunities for learning and connection. They are also gifted the precious freedom to dedicate time fully to their artistic vision. At the culmination of the residency, we gather in celebration with an open showcase and reception—a heartfelt moment to honor the artist’s work and share their creative journey with the community.
This is more than a residency. It is a collective act of support, recognition, and joy—where we lift each other up and celebrate the brilliance that lives in us all.
